Our policy is for exchanges only, no refunds.
We take great pride in our reputation for the quality of
our merchandise and our excellent customer service. If
for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we
will assist you with a prompt exchange, or provide a
store credit.
Please note, we must receive the items (s) return to us
by an insured carrier within 10 days of the shipping
date. All returned items must be in new, unworn and
unsoiled condition with all tags still attached.
We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of
your order. Returned items must be shipped within 7 days
prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
For returns or exchanges on items from Babbitt's,
please follow these 3 easy steps:
1: Obtain a Return Merchandise Approval code (RMA#)

Be prepared to provide the following information:
Customer name
Customer email address
Order number
Product sku number Date of order
Reason for return (defective or non-defective)
RMA numbers are good for 10 days.
2: Send your return prepaid via UPS or any other
delivery service with tracking information.
Write your RMA# on the outside of the shipping
package. Ship all items to:

return process is complete.
3: If you requested a replacement, it is on its way.
We will ship your replacement via ground shipping as
soon as we receive your returned item.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
